By renting equipment from Mulligans Palma, you (the "Renter") agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your rental of the golf simulator, including all associated equipment such as the TrackMan 4 Launch Monitor, simulator enclosure, AV/IT equipment, and accessories.

The rental period will commence on the date agreed upon and will end on the return date specified in the rental agreement. Extensions of the rental period are subject to availability and must be agreed upon in advance.

Rental fees are due in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed. Fees are non-refundable, except as specified under our cancellation policy.

A security deposit may be required and will be refunded upon the return of the equipment in the same condition as it was rented, minus any applicable deductions for damage or late return.

The Renter agrees to use the equipment solely for its intended purpose and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. The equipment must be used in a safe and responsible manner at all times.

• Damage to Equipment: The Renter is responsible for any damage to the TrackMan 4 Launch Monitor, simulator enclosure, AV/IT equipment, or any other accessories provided during the rental period. Any damages will be assessed and the cost of repairs or replacement will be deducted from the security deposit. If the security deposit is insufficient to cover the damages, the Renter agrees to pay the additional costs.
• Liability for Injury: The Renter assumes all responsibility for any injuries or damages that occur during the use of the rented equipment. Mulligans Palma is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the rental period.

For event rentals that include an attendant, Mulligans Palma will provide a professional to handle the setup, activation, and operation of the simulator. The attendant will ensure that the equipment is used properly and assist guests as needed.

Cancellations must be made at least 72hrs before the scheduled rental date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 72hrs before the rental date may forfeit the rental fee.

The Renter agrees to return the equipment by the end of the rental period in the same condition as it was received. Late returns may incur additional charges.

The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Mulligans Palma from any and all claims, actions, suits, or demands arising from or related to the use of the rented equipment, including legal fees and expenses.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mallorca Spain. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Mallorca Spain.

This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Renter and Mulligans Palma regarding the rental of the equipment and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.

Mulligans Palma reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the Renter and will apply to future rentals.
